South Central a both good and bad place you could say its unique.Theres a lot of things to and alot of people to see.It can improve if gang violence decreases because a lot of innocent people either get killed or hurt because of gang violence.In m opinion living in South Central isnt all that bad i actually like it because i get to see things that help me grow up and realize that life is not a game.You have to take a risk and try new things out and its either you succeed or you fail.I also like going to school here because that way i can prove to people that even though i stay in the “ghetto” i can still make it and be someone in life.The three most important events that have made the greatest impact on making South Central LA what it is today are Early History of LA,Gang History,and Crack Epidemic.
The first event that made South Central what it is today is the “Early History of South Central LA”.What I know about it is that it was founded in September 14,1781.The people who founded it were African and Indigenous.To me this is important because alot of people say that we dont belong here but we do we were the ones who founded it.I choose it because it is important to know the history of were you live.
The second event that had a great impact on South Central LA was “Gang History”.I know that gangs were present for hundred years ago.Also that it was because of whites that black and latinos started forming gangs because they had to protect themselves against whites.This is important because now whites complain about all the gang violence when they were the ones who started it.I choose this because people could realize that they didnt start gangs to harm no one they did it to protect themselves from the whites.
Lastly “Crack Epidemic” made a great impact on South Central.Crack is a highly additive and destructive drug.The US(Ronald Regan) were the ones who shipped cocaine into South Central LA.Cocaine broke up a lot of families apart.In my opinion this is important because thats the reason why we have a lot of homeless people in the street and thats why a lot of kids growing up without a mom or a dad.I choose it so people could find out who shipped cocaine here to South Central LA.
At the end all these three events made South Central LA what it is today.The History of LA it shows us how who were the first one here.Gang History shows how even though it was bad what they did it was for a good cause.Crack Epidemic just shows how the US tries to hurt us instead of helping us.Either way whatever is done is done so now we just have to live with it.One day South Central will change either for the bad or the good we just have to wait and see.

Carlos Montes Is Unknown When He Was Born & Where He Was Born Is Unknown To.The Only Thing We Know Is That He Is Still Alive.He Was The Founder Of The Brown Berets. One Accomplishment He Did Was That He Set Up The East L.A Free Clinic For Health Care & A Breakfast Program.What Makes Him A Leader Is That He Actually Had The Guts To Start A Group Like That.

I Think That Because Its Very Easy To Use.It Was Kinda Difficult At First Because I Didnt Know How To Use It.I Think Mr.Chardon Cant Do Nothing Because The Instructions He Gives Us Are Pretty All Straight Up.I Think I Wont Be That Successful.
